A 2 year old male child presented to us with progressively enlarging white spot in the left eye for 15 days. The child was not able to perceive light in OS and examination revealed a free floating cyst in the anterior chamber with neovascular glaucoma along with a plaque like lesion in the inferotemporal sclera. Fundus examination showed a flat whitish lesion in the pars plana with glaucomatous optic disc cupping.
