Lipoma on Antitragus of the Ear

Lipomas are the most common soft-tissue neoplasm Although they affect individuals of a wide age range, they occur predominantly in adults between the ages of 40 and 60 years. They most usually present as easy, gradually extending subcutaneous mass on the storage compartment, neck, or furthest points. Association of the head, hands, and feet is uncommon. To our insight, lipoma on the cartilaginous part of the ear (auricular helix) has been accounted for just three cases up until this point. Here in report an uncommon instance of lipoma on the antitragus of the ear.
