 Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension in a case with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis

Pulmonary tuberculosis is very common and multidrug resistance (MDR) is emerging in the developing country. The association with chronic pulmonary embolism is a rare entity. We are reporting a case of 19-years old female with MDR tuberculosis, had severe pulmonary hypertension and right heart failure due to chronic pulmonary embolism.
