Changes in Antioxidative Enzymatic Responses during Acclimatization of In Vitro Raised Plantlets of Cardiospermum halicacabum L. against Oxidative Stress
The current study was intended to assess the alteration in a range of physio-biochemical parameters happening all through the acclimatization procedure of in vitro raised Cardiospermum halicacabum plantlets. The microshoots were initially grown in Murashige and Skoog’s medium amended with Thidiazuron (0.3 μM) and rooted in 1/3 MS medium amplified with 0.5 μM Indole- 3-acetic acid (IAA). The plantlets thus obtained were successfully hardened and transferred to greenhouse. Alterations in the activities of antioxidant enzymes were also observed during acclimatization.
